Responsible for procurement activities in complex new offers development (multi-sites, multi-country and critical technologies)
Achieve procurement targets for the project (Supplier Sourcing, Cost, Contracts Time to Market, Quality, etc.)
Contribute to Make or Buy decision during OTM Phase
Challenge, influence, and guide supplier, component selection, and standardization in collaboration with TSE (technology standardization engineer) and CoE (Center of Excellence) team leaders for the project
Lead project purchasing activities in collaboration with project team members including procurement readiness and new supplier qualification process with SAM audits
Lead price negotiations for products, responsible for final resolution of all contractual agreements
Monitor project and provide support to solve issues and ensure process compliance
Manage the implement of contracts during the Project
Act as functional lead for PA technical productivity (QVE/COS), representing LoB Procurement on status updates, progress, influencing and provide support to cross-functional teams
Lead as a SPOC (single point of contact) for PA Resiliency in collaboration with CoE (Center of excellence) team
Manage critical brand labeling supplier (spending, business/end user impact), performance as supplier leader to reach yearly productivity target, for supplier quality and supply chain improvement to reach SE needs
Education: Engineering Master degree, or business Master degree,
Job Related Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a Purchasing/Sourcing team of a Multinational corporation
Experience in project purchasing is desired
Business Understanding: Comprehensive experience in Procurement/Sourcing, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain.
Ability to influence & convince
Functional leadership and International projects culture
Fluent communication in spoken and written English
