Job Description



  • Lead and manage the Disputes Advisory & Litigation Support sub-practice, focusing on Financial Services matters, including Broker-Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) teams.

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for complex investigations, risk assessments, and dispute resolution engagements.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on high stakes matters requiring urgent attention and clear-cut analysis.

  • Oversee the preparation of detailed reports, presentations, and expert testimony for litigation and regulatory proceedings.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that address clients' technical, scientific, financial, and strategic needs.

  • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of integrity, excellence, and continuous improvement.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to provide proactive advice and innovative solutions to clients.

  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery of client engagements.




Qualifications



  • Advanced degree in finance, law, business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, investigations, disputes advisory, or litigation support, with a focus on financial services.

  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading high-performing teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering expert testimony and engaging with senior executives and regulatory bodies.

  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry, including Broker-Dealer and RIA regulations and practices.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client service.

  • Ability to travel as needed to meet client and project requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $190,000 - $220,000. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
