Responsible for supervising field activities on assigned projects to facilitate timely and profitable completion of each project. The Project Superintendent must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills as well as have strong communication and customer service skills.
This position also pays a monthly $500.00 mileage assistance payment and a $35.00 cell/data reimbursement.
Essential Duties and responsibilities
Direct and plan day-to-day site activities including material availability and workforce staffing.
Provide technical assistance to technicians working on site.
Read contracts to ensure compliance with regards to scheduling, attendance at safety meetings, etc.
Maintain excellent relationships with customers, owner representatives, co-workers, site superintendents, etc.
Conduct quality inspections.
Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts.
Monitor costs to include materials and labor.
Communicate and enforce company and customer specific Safety and Health policies.
Demonstrate commitment to an injury free environment through own actions.
Prepare and submit status reports to Project Manager and Division Manager
Attend and participate in project meetings.

Experience and Education:
5+ years low voltage field experience.
Prior supervisory roles with experience having reporting staff.
Professional communication and delegation skills.
High School Diploma or GED.
College or Technical School a plus.
Working Environment
Regularly exposed to work in non-climate controlled environments.
May be exposed to airborne particles and dirt in outdoor or construction environments.
Noise levels can be high depending upon work site and tools required.
