Job Description:

CLOUD ENGINEER


The Select Group is hiring a Cloud Engineer for our Telecommunications client located in Littleton, CO. This position will sit onsite in Littleton 5 days a week, Monday-Friday.

The client is migrating off of a current CaaS platform, VMware, to Wind River on a tight timeline. We are looking for innovative and forward-thinking individuals to drive this process by handling migration, development, and automation simultaneously. Apply today!



Must Have Skills:

• Strong Linux skills


• Kubernetes / container orchestration


• OpenStack


• Knowledge of cloud architecture, virtualization


• Python


• Automation experience - ansible


• Caas - container as a service


• CI/CD pipeline creation

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previously managed a large cloud migration


• Expertise with Wind River


• CaaS

Day to day responsibilities:

• Working on migration initiatives from VMware to Wind River.


• Ensuring the cloud platform remains untouched through this process


• Develop Pipelines in Wind River


• Strong data background to migrate from one platform to another
