The Role:



The Evinova Sr. Director of Technical Delivery to lead our technical teams specializing in data extracts, data integration, and shared services. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping the technical strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of our cutting-edge healthcare solutions. Technical Strategy & Innovation:



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technical delivery strategy that aligns with Evinova's mission and business objectives.


  • Identify emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in data integration and shared services.


  • Lead the architectural design of complex systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.





Leadership & Team Development:



  • Build and mentor high-performing technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


  • Provide clear direction, set performance expectations, and conduct regular evaluations to promote professional growth.


  • Encourage a learning environment that embraces new ideas and methodologies.





Stakeholder Engagement:



  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including product development, clinical teams, and executive leadership, to align technical initiatives with business goals.


  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, clients, and vendors.





Quality Assurance & Compliance:



  • Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols to ensure the highest standards of technical delivery.


  • Ensure all technical operations comply with industry regulations, particularly in a GxP and SaMD environment.


  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.





Operational Excellence:



  • Optimize resource allocation, including budgeting and staffing, to maximize efficiency and productivity.


  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of technical initiatives and team performance.


  • Drive continuous process improvement to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.





Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical delivery roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.


  • Proven experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry, particularly in clinical trials or related areas.


  • Deep understanding of data extraction, data integration, and shared services technologies.


  • Experience with modern data architectures, cloud platforms, and integration tools.


  • Familiarity with connected devices and integrating clinical systems such as eCOA, IVRS, EDC, and data lakes.


  • Experience working in regulated environments, ensuring compliance with GxP and SaMD standards.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $172,000.00 - $258,000.00 USD. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program. Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
