RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Product Owner in Saint Louis, MO.

Duties Include:

• Technical Product Owner designs, develops, and implements complex enterprise software solutions


• Collaborates closely with technical and non-technical roles such as data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide design, technical analysis, development/configuration, testing, implementation, and support expertise representing the interest of the business across the enterprise

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong AWS Connect background (not Azure)


• Contact Center background supporting large seat call center 5k+


• Good facilitator


• Has completed a transformation and/or migration to connect


• Resiliency understanding and planning

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
