Inbound Logistics Analyst at Kforce Inc in St. Louis, Missouri

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking an Inbound Logistics Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Align volumes with Planning and Supplier team


• Manage empty cars/ pipeline for the private fleet


• Tracking and monitor car loaded, providing visibility to Mexico team


• Tracking and monitoring empties cars, providing pipelines and align volumes


• Analyze transit time


• Escalate issues with Railroads and suppliers (equipment availability, transit times, rail services at the breweries)


• Coordinate maintenance for the cars.


• Cost control for lease cars and maintenance


• Invoices processing (Shop repairs, UP Freight to Shop and Border)


• Monitor KPIs, weekly and monthly reports

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or other related discipline


• 0-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, etc.


• Must have strong Excel experience


• Must have strong communication skills


• Must have the ability to prioritize and be detail oriented


• Must be proactive, a go getter, and take ownership


• Rail experience a plus


• Power BI experience a plus


• Ability to speak Spanish a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
