Shift: This role is 3rd Shift, 6:00 PM-10:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $18.00 an hour

We are hiring for a Part-Time Sanitation Technician to help prepare and sanitize the equipment that creates our savory Duke's Meat Snacks products, and support the overnight Smokehouse Operator at our Macomb, MI manufacturing facility. You will report to a Team Leader of Sanitation and join a team of about 50.

Shift: This role is 3rd shift, 6pm-10pm Monday, Tuesday, and Friday

Location: 23 Mile Road and Hayes

Hourly Rate: $18 an hour plus $1 shift premium

Pay is weekly

You Will:

• Work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays from 6pm to 10pm


• Prioritize safety above all else


• Wear assigned PPE while completing all job responsibilities


• Support the cleanliness of our plant machinery and ensure standards are maintained


• Use a high-pressure, high-temperature water hose and cleaning chemicals to facilitate the sanitation process


• Help prepare production equipment for cleaning following Lockout Tagout procedures


• Complete visual inspections of sanitized equipment


• Participate in monthly safety training


• Participate on a Safety Team

You Have:

• 1 or more years of manufacturing or sanitation experience


• Experience completing workload with little supervision


• Knowledge of plant safety and waste disposal methods


• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
