Job Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales targets and other KPIs including renewal rates, new unit additions, and warranty conversions
Manage a geographic territory and work with the local CSEs team to expand the contract base by adding new contracts
Quote customers directly through CRM system
Work closely with leadership to develop growth strategies for assigned territory
Contact customers to follow up on leads generated through CSEs and other teams
Identify and generate lead opportunities for other PerkinElmer businesses
Respond to customer inquiries, act as their point of contact, and ensure timely resolution
Develop product knowledge to effectively grow portfolio within territory
Follow company best practices and processes and learn effective selling techniques
Maintain sales pipeline and activity accurately in CRM tools
Upsell / Cross-sell other PerkinElmer services and consumables offerings
Embrace change and continuous improvement mindset

Basic Qualifications
1+ years of inside sales or field service experience
Effective time management and organization
Strong communication skills (telephone & email)
The annualcompensation range for this full-time position is $64,500.00 to $80,860.00. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
