Job Description:

  • Sales Operations Management:
    • Develop and implement sales performance metrics and reporting tools.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect and analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends and insights.
    • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
    • Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and forecasting.
  • Revenue Strategy and Planning:
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute revenue growth strategies.
    • Assist in setting revenue targets and quotas for the sales team.
    • Monitor and manage the revenue pipeline to ensure targets are met.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for revenue operations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate revenue reporting and forecasting.
    • Partner with customer success to enhance customer retention and upsell strategies.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis:
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform revenue strategies.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for revenue growth.
    • Stay updated on best practices and innovations in revenue operations.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage revenue-related projects from conception to completion.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications
  • 3- 5 years of proven experience as a Revenue Operations Manager
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to drive business decisions, flag trends, and forecast
  • Strong Excel Skills, and expertise with PowerQuery/PowerPivotStrong
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $80,000 and $100,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
