We are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead Maintenance Operations to Maximize Equipment Efficiency and Drive Continuous Improvement. This role focuses on maintaining equipment to manufacturer standards, overseeing preventative maintenance, managing CMMS systems, budgeting, and ensuring machine availability while supervising a maintenance team to ensure optimal performance across the plant.

Participatory management

Maintain all equipment to run at design standard as set by the machine manufacturer.
Maintain and follow Preventative Maintenance (PM) program.
Update and maintain the CMMS system to keep an archive and schedule of maintenance activities.
Develop recommended budgets; follow up on compliance and results; take corrective actions as necessary to ensure budget targets are met.
Identify, plan, and present to Management written proposals for major repairs, equipment overhauls, and necessary changes to the building. If the proposal is adopted, execute the plans within the agreed timetable and budget.
Implement and maintain the total machine availability report.
Assemble and maintain machine electrical/mechanical drawings.
Ensure document accuracy through periodic inspections.
Assist the Chief Financial Officer with building matters.
Carry out weekly department safety inspections and ensure follow-up.
Perform machine troubleshooting and repairs as necessary.
Perform daily walk-throughs of the plant to evaluate machine operating conditions and maintenance effectiveness.
Evaluate, plan, and prioritize all incoming work orders.
Communicate with other companies in the group to share and develop new ideas for the benefit of the company.
Supervise all maintenance personnel.
Assist the Human Resources Director on personnel matters concerning maintenance staff.
Ensure that all necessary machine parts are in inventory.
Work with outside contractors for plant upgrades, HVAC repair, landscaping and all other building related work.
Work with machinery manufacturers for parts ordering, technical help and technician visits for equipment work.
To perform all job functions in accordance with the requirement of organization’s safety policies, FSSC22000, ISO 22000, prerequisite programs, and following all related procedures and work instructions.
Perform other essential and non-essential functions as assigned.
