Job Description:

Continuous Improvement Intern Pay: $20.00 an hour for day shift

Work Hours: Seasonal position, up to 40 hours per week.

Location: We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville, IN: North Plant at 1009 Sloan St.

South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This position is for the South Plant.

As a Continuous Improvement Intern you will:

• Collect data, document processes, perform time studies.
• Maintain communication boards.
• Review and analyze data.
• Input data into Excel and prepare daily reports.
• Streamline processes to drive improvement.
• Work in a team environment and cross-train with others.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable using the Google platform - Gmail; Google drive; Google folders for collaboration
• Strong PC skills - MS Word; Power Point; Excel
• Open mind - able to share new ideas
• Positive attitude and eager to learn
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow direction required.
• Project and task management skills preferred.
• Engineering, Business or Management degree student preferred.
