Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical support for complex systems, software, and equipment to ensure mission-critical operations and customer satisfaction within defense and security environments.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electro-mechanical equipment, computer systems, software, and networked or wireless systems.
Respond to technical issues that exceed the scope of first-line product support.
Report design, reliability, and maintenance issues to engineering teams for resolution.
Provide technical support for customer installations, training, and service management programs.
Ensure all repairs meet company policies and customer quality requirements.
Manage technical interactions directly with customers and end-users, including those with advanced technical knowledge (e.g., systems-level software users).
Qualifications:
Education: Associate's degree or equivalent required.
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required at the time of hire.
Certifications:Security+ or IAII certification required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant technical experience.
Technical Skills:
Network/IT systems management and SQL server administration.
Expertise in troubleshooting software and hardware within Windows environments.
Experience with root cause analysis and failure reporting.
Knowledge of CA Spectrum OneClick, Oracle CRM, and Microsoft Terminal Server.
Familiarity with HBSS, anti-virus software, network monitoring tools, and asset management software.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory is a plus.
Industry Experience:
Support of DoD or DHS systems highly desirable.
