Job Description:

Salary/Position Classification


  • $10.00 Hourly, Non-Exempt

  • 15 - 20 hours per week

  • 100% Remote Work Availability: No

  • Hybrid Work Availability: No


Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position. Students must receive a federal work study allocation to apply for this position.


The UND women's basketball program is in search of a dedicated, hard-working student manager who will be able to assist our program with a variety of different day-to-day tasks.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with gear and inventory

  • Searching and inputting recruit data/schedules

  • Assist with tasks during practice: rebounding, clock, passing

  • Post trip receipt reports

  • Scouting report prep - Powerpoint

  • Order/purchase/prep nutritional supplies

  • Miscellaneous other tasks



Work Location



  • Betty Engelstad Sioux Center

  • Women's Basketball (Suite 208)



Hours & Schedule



  • Up to 20 hours per week available

  • Flexible work hours depending on game and practice schedule

  • Weekend availability with practice and game schedule

Minimum Requirements

  • Background with the game of basketball preferred

  • Must have accepted a Federal Work Study award from the Office of Student Finance

  • Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for the employed academic semester

  • Successful completion of a Standard Criminal History Background Check
