Summary:
Works under the direction and guidance of a formal project management structure supporting the management of medium to large-scale hospital-based or enterprise-type projects utilizing standardized project management tools, templates and methodologies for successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
-Assists with project planning activities which may include project charter development and implementation plan building to ensure alignment with appropriate project management life cycle activities.-Supports the design of project timelines and roadmaps as a tool to communicate with various stakeholders.-Monitors progress against timeline and supports the preparation of monthly status reports to leadership.-Assists with the coordination and facilitation of assigned project meetings.-Partners with the project management office (PMO) or team to support programs and projects of medium to large scale and complexity.-Supports the ongoing program evaluation which may include the PMO toolbox to ensure best practices.

Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Work Experience: Required Work Experience: Two (2) years' experience in program or project management, business administration, management consulting or related field. Preferred: Experience working with project management software systems (Microsoft Projects, SmartSheet, Miro, Service Now). Know how to apply the utilization of project management tools at various stages of the project life cycle. Other Information: Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) preferred.Additional Education Info: or relevant field of study
