Core Responsibilities
Supporting the Analytics and Insights Leader and Leadership Team in:
Organize calendar, prioritizing and arranging/re-arranging meetings, arrange travel, visas, accommodation, etc. when needed for the VP of A&I
Arrange offsites, office breakfasts & festive and vendor visits; accommodation, speakers, coaches, activities, tech set-up etc.
Booking and coordination of practicalities around Leadership meetings - both physical and/or online meetings
Maintaining backlog of topics to be discussed in the Leadership meetings, creating the agenda and coordinate the relevant pre-reads.
Ensure clear and useful outcomes are documented and communicated.
Complete Travel Expenses.
Supporting hiring managers in coordination of onboarding activities, e.g., ordering equipment & setting up introductions.
Secure confidential document handling
Support building an inclusive environment where people thrive and contributes.
Be energized and passionate about being in the detail, without losing sight of the bigger picture

Additional details for this position
This position will initially be based at 501 Boylston St or 10 St. James Street in Boston, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by mid-2025. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.

The salary for this position has a range of $70,420 - $105,630 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
