Key Responsibilities:

  Process orders from platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify.


• 
  Manage and update Shopify listings, ensuring product availability and accurate descriptions.


• 
  Coordinate with shipping departments to ensure timely deliveries.


• 
  Handle returns efficiently, providing clear communication to customers and resolving issues quickly.


• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional, courteous manner.


• Maintain accurate order records and provide updates to customers on the status of their orders.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.


• Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify).


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


• 
  Bilingual skills (preferred).


• Previous customer service experience is a plus!
