Job Duties:
* Provide general administrative support to the finance department
* Enter and update data in software and spreadsheets
* Support invoice processing and payment handling
* Keep timely records of financial transactions
* Maintain organized records of receipts and invoices
* Work with vendors on outstanding invoices
Qualifications:
* 1+ year(s) of data entry, administrative, or accounting support experience
* Highschool Diploma or GED
* Experience with HubSpot is a plus!
Additional Info:
* Pay: $20-$25/hr
* Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
* Type: Temporary (3+ months)
* Location: In-Office
