Hello,
I am partnering with a company in Henderson NV to fill a VP of Business Development role. This is a Direct Hire Opportunity with a Construction Company.
As the Vice President of Business Development you will have the opportunity to research, analyze and present business opportunities for the future direction and growth of the business group. You will develop and implement planning and strategy for new business development, lead growth for the existing customer base, and serve as a strategic advisor for senior leadership. The successful candidate will be innovative and have the ability to perceive business opportunities and work closely with company management in developing and executing strategies to capitalize on those opportunities.
Develop, prepare, and implement short- and long-term business development plans ensuring they conform to corporate objectives
way and that sales expectations are met
Conduct debrief meetings with Owners, Owner's Representatives, Architects, Engineers, etc. to formulate lessons learned and best practices
Supervise marketing team during preparation of qualifications, proposals and presentations, providing key client insight and strategy and ensuring a high quality product.
My client is looking for someone who is well connected in the Casino/Gaming Industry.
Salary between $180K to $200K Depending on Experience plus bonuses
Desired Qualifications:
10 or years of Business Development experience in the AEC industry
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or similar from an accredited institution
Experience delivering projects to owners in the Hospitality & Gaming sector
Experience with Owners' project funding and implementation procedures
Experience with Permitting and project approval processes at the federal, state and local levels
