This position is responsible for maintaining, overseeing, and training on master data creation. And is responsible for scheduling orders for the Humboldt Plant.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Entering new master data information in SAP or legacy systems
Maintaining current master data files
Ensuring master data forms are completed correctly and accurately
Communicating daily with vendors and suppliers
Filing
Research and resolve master data issues which may include contacting other Tyson departments or working with third parties directly
Preparing reports
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be willing to work Saturdays when needed.
Education: High School diploma GED or equivalent preferred.
Experience: 3 plus years office experience or related work preferred. Warehouse and ordering experience a plus.
Computer Skills: Data entry accuracy is a must. Intermediate knowledge of Excel Access and other spreadsheet applications along with Microsoft Word preferred. SAP knowledge is a plus.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communications skills are required; excellent phone etiquette skills are preferred.
Special Skills: Excellent organizational planning prioritization and follow up skills; must be able to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment. Work involves occasional non-routine assignments and judgment in the selection of standard procedures from among several that apply to the job is a must; includes organizing work and selecting appropriate methods to complete tasks.
