The Employee Engagement Specialist will play a key role in fostering a positive and engaging work environment for faculty and staff. This individual will develop and implement strategies to promote faculty and staff engagement, enhance job satisfaction, and improve organizational culture across academic, clinical, and administrative units. The Employee Engagement Specialist will collaborate with leadership, faculty, staff, and stakeholders to create programs that promote belonging, campus engagement, and professional development opportunities, driving a positive work experience across all departments and units.
