Basic Job Functions:
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
• Support inside and outside commercial teams.
• Ability to assist in layout and take-offs.
• Commitment to increasing sales.
• Be a key team member able to interface with all inter-company departments and divisions
• Enter Sales Orders and Quotes in D365 containing BOM, Pricing, and lead times
• Record data for multiple business segments
• Be a subject matter expert within D365
• Build strong working relationships with customers and status updates.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 1 - 2 years experience in Customer Service
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 proficiency, preferred.
• Minimum education: AA degree in business, preferred.
• Basic understanding of racking engineering requirements preferred.
