Basic Job Functions:
• Develop and nurture relationships with customers by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing product information, pricing, and resolving customer inquiries.
• Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calls, emails, and other forms of outreach.
• Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead to customer.
• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotations to customers based on their requirements.
• Manage and process customer orders, ensuring timely communication on lead times, order status, and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and logistics, to ensure that customer needs are met effectively.
• Assist with resolving any order-related issues, escalating concerns as necessary.
• Provide insights into market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategy and business planning.
• Monitor customer accounts and sales data to identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
• Ability to assist in layout and take-offs.
• Commitment to increasing sales.
• Be a subject matter expert within D365
• Convert and process orders with D365
• Other duties to be assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in commercial role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
• 4+ years of experience with Warehouse related products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.).
