Compensation
$20.42 - 24.30 hourly

What you'll do
Answer incoming telephone lines to AICK and disperse calls to appropriate employees in a timely manner. Ensure voice mails are handled promptly.
Sort incoming mail and reports and distribute to appropriate employees.
Sort and distribute bills and certificates to be distributed by appropriate employees.
Responsible for assisting management with letters, reports and scheduling.
Monitor supply usage and ordering supplies
Assist with clerical duties or other Special Projects as assigned by Management
Schedule and coordinate department meetings as needed
Must be able to maintain confidentiality
What you need
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Must be proficient in imaging and Facets upon completion of training.
Proficient in operating a personal computer with knowledge of applications such as Word and EXCEL.
Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with all internal staff from all levels and divisions as well as external customers.
Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Proven record of good attendance
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years' administrative support experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Requires extended periods of computer time (up to 90% of the day)
Able to move up to 25 pounds
