Type: Full-Time
Organizing and managing the research lab/program of Dr. Ibrahim Sultan. This includes coordinating the collection and collation of new data for future projects; development of hypotheses, designing and carrying out statistical analyses, and dissemination of results.
• Supervising medical students and collaborating with residents who participate in data collection and other aspects of the group's research projects; arranging database creation and updates with our statisticians data analyst and managers
• Supporting evidence-building with presentations, abstracts, and manuscripts for the research group at local and national meetings
• Helping manage all projects throughout all phases of their lifecycle from inception to publication. In addition, the postdoctoral associate will work on other scholarly projects for the research program.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Postdoc position requires an MD or Ph.D. degree in biological science or another relevant technical background
•Demonstrated independent research output
• Any research experience is preferred.
• Experienced post-doctoral candidates are preferred; however, those applicants with a strong interest in the field of research are encouraged to apply.
