About this role:

In this role, you will:
Perform complex organizational, assignable, workable and customer-centric tasks
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff
Interact with immediate team, department staff and individuals outside of Valuations on questions or feedback
Execute end to end business processes for vendor onboarding and profile maintenance including oversight of all required documentation
Ensure vendors and consultants maintain active appraisal license information and insurance requirements complying with Wells Fargo policy
Work with user groups (vendors and consultants) to provide support and resolve questions regarding systems or processes
Manage team mailbox and respond to vendor and internal inquiries
Communicate with vendors and internal partners to ensure compliance with corporate policies
Vendor coaching to improve performance
Maintain vendor payment information and validation of required documentation
Create and maintain reports to monitor all compliance and Wells Fargo Policy directives
Work under limited supervision to analyze and solve complex systems
Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Valuations
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Valuations or Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of Commercial Appraisals
Customer service focus with the ability to analyze, research, and respond to moderately complex customer or agency issues and complaints
Experience using Collateral 360 (C360)
Proven ability to meet quality standards
Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
Microsoft Excel spreadsheets experience importing, exporting, and manipulating data
Knowledge and understanding of real estate valuations and titles within the Real Estate Valuation Services (REVS) Commerical Panel Management team

Shift is Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $23.13 - $41.11 Benefits
