We are looking for a high energy, enthusiastic, customer focused, loan professional that enjoys creating great customer experiences by providing excellent customer service and communication. The candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills and thrive in a team based setting.
This position is responsible for: working with prospective customers seeking a Home Equity Line/ Loan, refinance or conventional mortgage loan; providing loan details, calculating payments, ratios, closing costs and program information to assist the prospective customer in choosing the appropriate product; taking applications and maintaining close contact with the borrower, realtor, and seller throughout the process to ensure a stress free close or refinance.
We provide loan training for this position. Our loan administrators are not on commission so that they are able to focus on doing what’s right for the customer.
