Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

•  Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and provide them with business banking and treasury solutions that meet their business needs and objectives.


•  Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and prospects, highlighting the benefits and features of our business banking and treasury solutions.


•  Maintain and develop relationships with clients and prospects, by providing regular follow-up, feedback, and support.


•  Generate new business opportunities, by prospecting, networking, and cross-selling to existing and potential clients.


•  Utilize organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.


•  Collaborate with internal partners, such as Commercial Loan Officers, Retail Bankers, and Operations, to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of business banking and treasury solutions.


•  Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback, and provide input to product development and leadership teams.


•  Ensure compliance with all bank and regulatory policies, procedures, and standards, and maintain accurate and complete records of client transactions and interactions.

 

Qualifications Required: (Required education may be satisfied by experience and/or working knowledge)

 

•  High School diploma or equivalent


•  Two years' experience in treasury management, banking, finance or related field


•  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

 

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

 

•  Travel required for business development and branch/department visits (valid driver’s license required)


•  Ability to move or lift at least 10 pounds.

 

Qualifications Preferred

 

• 
  
  
  
  •  5 + years' experience in working with business clients, and
  
  
  •  2 + years' experience in Business Banking or Treasury Management sales.
