Supply Chain Process Coordinator - ASRS 2nd shift at Best Buy in Dinuba, California

Job Description:

As a Supply Chain Process Coordinator, you'll act as a coach for general warehouse workers, merchandise processors and recycling processors. You'll oversee training processes, powered equipment and day-to-day tasks in a distribution center. In this role, you'll conduct training for both new hires and existing employees.

What you'll doBuild training plans for new hires and existing employeesEvaluate warehouse processes and assist in monitoring standard operating procedure throughout the warehouseOversee the recertification of equipment operatorsIdentify gaps in training and partner with leaders to close themEnsure training materials and locations are organized and prepared before all training eventsSupport daily operations when not conducting trainingBasic qualificationsWritten and verbal communication skillsAble to acquire and maintain any state or local licensing, as required, within 90 days of hireAble to stand and sit for extended periods of timeAble to lift weight up to 50 pounds with or without accommodationPreferred qualifications6 months of leadership and distribution experience6 months of training facilitation experienceLicensed to operate powered equipmentPrevious experience with Microsoft OfficeWhat's in it for you
