Hillyard, Inc. is currently taking applications for Regional Service Manager for our Service team in Lancaster, PA.
This position supports the efforts of the Equipment Service team, assisting with employee growth and development, continuous improvement principles, and department management. Assesses and responds to complex situations where other efforts have failed to resolve and isolate equipment issues. Is tactfully and strategically responsible for the closure of all customer-escalated issues and problems within their region. Reports any quality issues to appropriate groups and implements out of box thinking in sometimes speedy resolve. Ensures all training certifications and requirements are maintained and up to date, always developing and coaching their team members. May train field staff to best practices in the field. Responsible for overseeing and organizing work performed with best practices by direct reports in their assigned region.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities:
Actively coaches and supports all direct reports and their staff
Responsible for building and increasing service revenue through sales of maintenance agreements and service agreements to customers in the region. Maintaining and growing Service Revenue.
Monitor and maintain all DC related activities when it relates to the assigned Technician.
Maintain a well-functioning remote service team as it relates to organization and communication to Service Support Staff and Sales.
Develop and manage operational budget for region.
Qualifications Include:
4 year Bachelors Degree or equivalent supervisory experience.
Excellent communication skills
Advanced Analytical skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills
