Job Description:

BASIC FUNCTION: Monitor and keep accurate records of system operations for Conway Corps electrical distribution system utilizing OMS (Outage Management Software), to quickly identify issues, coordinate with field teams to resolve system faults, address emergencies, and track distribution system performance. Assist in implementing strategies such as emergency load shed, support planned maintenance activities, and effectively communicate Conway Corps operational activity with internal and external stakeholders.Provide technical assistance to users of Conway Corp video, voice, security, electrical, water, and wastewater services. Monitor the grounds and buildings surveillance systems and notify proper authorities of security problems when necessary.
