Job Overview


We are seeking a seasoned Production Program Manager with 15 years of experience in handling large Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical assemblies and systems within the aerospace and defense industry. The ideal candidate will drive development programs into production readiness, ensuring seamless transitions and high-quality deliverables.


Overall Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the transition of development programs into full-scale production.
  • Oversee the production lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, quality assurance, and manufacturing.
  • Develop and implement production strategies that align with company goals and customer requirements.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with customers directly reporting on program status, requirements update, and responsible for overall positive customer experience.

Desired Background and Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in production program management within the aerospace and defense industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly and system projects.
  • Extensive experience in transitioning development programs into production.
  • Strong understanding of aerospace and defense industry standards and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
