Description: Our client, a leader in the gaming industry, is seeking a Business Development and Partnerships Coordinator to support the planning and execution of platform partnerships and marketing initiatives for game launches and live services. This role is crucial in coordinating efforts across teams and partners to ensure timely, smooth rollouts and ongoing support for gaming products.
This a contract opportunity and requires 3 days onsite in the Los Angeles office.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day assistance for project planning and execution, working closely with the Platform Partnerships Strategist.
Organize and manage databases, timelines, and creative files for internal and external use, ensuring accurate, timely access to key assets.
Join internal and external meetings, taking detailed notes and clearly defining actionable follow-up items for team members.
Track and manage project deliverables, updating partners on timeline changes and milestone adjustments as needed.
Maintain open lines of communication with cross-functional partners, tracking and managing essential documents, contracts, and milestones through tools such as Airtable and Google Suite.
Facilitate contract processes, including NDAs and Statements of Work (SOWs), to support efficient partnership management.
Conduct research on market trends and the current gaming landscape to provide valuable insights and inform strategies.
Prepare presentation decks, consolidating key visuals and examples of partnership placements to showcase in review meetings and during tentpole moments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or partnership management within console or mobile gaming or a related industry.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with proven experience working collaboratively across teams.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a detail-oriented, proactive approach to tasks.
Analytical and strategic thinking, with problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
A bachelor's degree is preferred; a master's degree or MBA is a plus.
Familiarity with the gaming industry or a personal passion for gaming is a bonus.
