Summary

We commercialize happiness! The Commercial Sales Coordinator role is a vital contact between the commercial sales department and the sales organization. Responsible for internal and external customer relationships, while leading point of sale operations, creating customer planograms, and supporting commercial sales priorities.

Responsibilities


  • Maintain, inventory, and organize point of sale storage areas for assigned Distribution Centers

  • Steward point of sale orders and processes

  • Collaborate with Area Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, and Commercial Channel Managers on point of sale orders/processes

  • Develop local coupons to support programs, market initiatives, and evaluate redemption

  • Conduct post analysis measuring the execution levels of point of sale, making necessary changes to future investments

  • Manage Ritway and D3 tools that house point of sale solutions, coupons, and premiums

  • Prepare and effectively communicate (verbally and written) weekly updates on point of sale and coupon inventory

  • Create customer planograms utilizing the JDA Tool (large store and program look of success)

  • Assist Commercial Channel Managers with forecasting process, retailer program/incentive tracking/updates utilizing JotForm, and program/incentive planning

  • Deliver point of sale solutions to the distribution warehouse that need to be delivered on the trucks (for example racks, glides, endcaps)

  • Comply with all safety training, policies, and procedures

  • Travel necessary, approximately 25%

  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree; one - two years' related experience; preferably in the goods/beverages DSD industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 1-3 years of general work experience required

• Experience working with minimal supervision

• Ability to multitask in a demanding environment

• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills

• Excellent analytical, communication, planning and organization skills

• Ability to problem solve, present to small and large groups

• Proficient computer application skills (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams)

• Experience in developing successful professional relationships with internal and external customers

• Ability to lift to 50+ pounds, bending, reaching, and kneeling

• Certified or willing to get certified to drive forklift / tow motor

• Valid driver's license with clean MVR and vehicle available for use
