Coordinate rental equipment and material transfers
Procurement and expediting of materials and equipment
Order, bill, and monitor stock of parts as required
Support Superintendents and Yard Manager
Oversee equipment telematics and maintenance tracking
Manage parts and preventative maintenance schedules
Provide and ensure a high level of customer service is provided
Coordinate equipment and material deliveries
Organize and oversee Yard Support employee delivery schedules each morning to ensure the needs of all projects are addressed in the most efficient and effective way possible.
Maximize efficiency of equipment moves to minimize downtime-hours and re-mobilization costs.
Implement all applicable safety and EEO/Affirmative Action programs
Skills & Qualifications
2 years' experience in related field or equivalent technical background
Experience with construction planning
Excellent communication, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills required.
Good planning and program development skills
Construction internship or other related construction work experience preferred
General knowledge of construction principles/practices and equipment required
Ability to travel throughout the Southwest region as needed
Strong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment
