How will your days be spent
Assist in leading and managing the project team and representing the firm to the client.
Assume increased level of responsibility for leading, motivating, and providing a team environment for the project team members by inspiring a shared vision, enabling others to act, taking risks, and assuming ultimate responsibility for the team's actions, exercising good judgment, and continually increasing people skills.
Articulate and communicate the client's vision, goals, and objectives through development of the project work plan during the planning phase.
Manage project schedule and budget and communicate status through staffing discussions; provide updates to operation through project management software.
Coordinate response to client questions and concerns and follow-up regularly with the client.
What you bring to this role
Experience:
Minimum of seven (7) years of architectural experience and at least one (1) year of recent project management experience with large-scale facilities required.
Experience with one of Flad's market segments preferred.
Excellent client management and leadership skills required.
Superior technical and presentation skills and a commitment to design excellence essential.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field required.
Professional registration preferred.
Sustainability accreditation preferred.
