A DAY IN THE LIFE
Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, this role supports the entire Microsoft 365 environment. As a key member of the IT Infrastructure team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
System Integration: Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Microsoft systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365) and third-party applications.
Migration Management: Plan, execute, and oversee migration projects involving Microsoft technologies, ensuring minimal disruption and data integrity.
Security and Maintenance: Implementation, configuration and maintenance of all aspects of the Microsoft environment to improve the security posture
Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration and migration issues, resolving problems efficiently.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration and migration processes, configurations, and best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Updates and Maintenance: Monitor and apply updates and patches to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize system performance related to integrations and migrations.
Training: Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on new integrations and migration-related changes.
YOUR EXPERTISE AND SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
5+ years of Azure, Intune and Entra (Formerly Azure AD) experience
5+ years of 365 Exchange experience
5+ years of Sharepoint Administration experience
3+ years of leading 365 Tenant Migrations
3+ Experience in the 365 Compliance center
Strong understanding of integration techniques, data migration strategies, and systems administration.
Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Security, Computer Science or similar (preferred)
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus
