As a Industrial Maintenance Technician you will:
Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment according to established schedules.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues with production equipment, including PLC and ACD systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production disruptions.
Install and commission new equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards.
Collaborate with production operators and other departments to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment performance.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity.
The ideal Industrial Maintenance Technician candidate will have:
Symbol identification/wire identification. Ability to read prints, color code (Red, White Black)
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of PLC and ACD systems, with certifications preferred (e.g., PLC programming certification).
Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work Night shift hours (7pm-7am) on a continuous schedule and resp to emergency calls as needed. .
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
Pay Rate: $35.75/Hr
