We're looking for a Web Operations Manager to join the marketing team of a leading technology company specializing in cloud databases and analytics-related products and services. This role will be responsible for enhancing the website experience and collaborating closely with technical and marketing teams to drive user engagement and traffic.
LOCATION: Remote (9-5 PM MT/CST)
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience in website operations with a strong technical SEO background
Proven project management experience using tools such as Jira or Trello
Knowledge of data privacy standards and web security best practices
Experience in large enterprise, B2B environments
DAY TO DAY:
Oversee website operations to ensure a seamless user experience
Manage and optimize the SEO program using tools like BrightEdge, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Google Search Console
Collaborate with digital analysts and developers to create, track, and implement key web strategies
Use Google Tag Manager to oversee tag and pixel implementation
Establish and enforce governance for cookie consent management and data privacy
Analyze web traffic using Google Analytics and provide insights to improve user experience
Work with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and audience engagement tools
