BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Technician in Hillsboro.




Position Title:
Manufacturing Technician




Location: Hillsboro, OR.


Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 6+ Month.




Job Type: FULL TIME 40 hours a week, CONTRACT, ONSITE


Shift: Wed, Thurs, Fri; alternating Tue (6 AM - 6:30 PM)






Job Description:

• Technicians are required to wear ESD lab coat and conductive shoe straps along with safety glasses during work.


• Multi-tasked responsibilities may include minor preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, non-standard processing and problem-solving.


• Primary job duties are to maximize output using constraint management techniques while sustaining process, equipment issues, training and cross training cluster members.


• Position requires working efficiently from standard procedures and specifications. Some, if not all, tasks performed require `repetitive motion to an extent.

Minimum Educational Requirement:

• AA degree in related field, including computer software, semiconductor, etc. OR Strong military experience w/ some post-high school education (degree not required).
