InfoSec Advisory Analyst at Kforce Inc in EWING, New Jersey

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a direct client looking for an InfoSec Analyst to work in a hybrid model requiring 3 days a week on-site in Ewing, NJ. This is a contract to hire role.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and responding to security incidents


• Performing vulnerability scans and penetration testing


• Developing security standards for AWS and Azure environments


• Advising on SIEM implementations and configurations


• Participating in a cross-functional incident response team


• On call responsibilities

Technical and Advisory Functions:

• Advising on secure configurations for AWS and Azure environments


• Developing hardening standards for systems


• Recommending and implementing security incident management systems (SIM)

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with:

• CrowdStrike - Primary EDR tool used for endpoint monitoring and incident response


• Varonis - Data protection and monitoring


• SIEM Systems - Seeking expertise to develop or recommend one


• Mimecast - Security email gateway; experience with similar tools is beneficial


• Cloud Platforms - AWS and Azure experience required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
