Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Mount Dora, FL that is seeking a Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients in real time and asynchronously to understand client problems and opportunities


• Interact with developers and designers to understand technical limitations and capabilities, and identify issues preventing success


• Independently perform analysis, discovery, and modeling


• Gather and analyze requirements, specifications, and capabilities


• Follow methodology for systems engineering and software development


• Synthesize documents reflecting client needs and requirements including use cases, user stories, data models, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, flow diagrams, user interface specifications, system requirements specifications, test plans, test cases, and more, as needed


• Manage documents and change control to ensure consistency


• Support project managers and project management activities on projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent degree or experience


• Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA)


• 2+ years of relevant experience


• Outgoing, charismatic, and able to quickly develop rapport with clients

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
