Position Overview: As our Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of B2B2C marketing initiatives that raise brand awareness, generate leads, engage key accounts, and drive revenue. You’ll leverage account-based marketing (ABM) and sales enablement strategies to support our mission. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking marketer who thrives on developing creative campaigns and data-backed insights that fuel growth, all while managing budgets effectively and creating an omnipresent marketing mix.
Key Responsibilities:
Omni-Present Marketing Mix: Strategically manage a multi-channel marketing approach, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, events, and partnerships, ensuring a consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.
Innovation & Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team. Continuously seek new ways to reach our audience and make an impact.
Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent, impactful messaging that reflects our brand’s commitment to women’s empowerment and professional development.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with sales teams to create compelling assets, messaging, and resources that drive conversion at every stage of the funnel.
Budget Management: Oversee and manage the marketing budget to optimize resources, maximize ROI, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Content & Campaign Management: Lead B2B campaigns that speak to buyer target audiences, educate, and foster engagement.
Data & Analytics: Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify insights, and refine strategies based on data. Ensure that marketing decisions are data-driven, optimizing ROI and achieving KPIs. Impact the growth and development of Linkage offerings including engagement with buyers and participants.
Lead Generation & ABM: In partnership with our Growth Marketing team, develop, execute, and optimize high-impact, account-based marketing and lead generation strategies that align with our business development goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with ABM, lead generation, and sales enablement focus
A passion for the topic of women advancement and empowerment – from backpack (students) to boardroom (executives).
A strong commitment and proven track record of cultivating a diverse and inclusive environment
Proven ability to manage budgets and drive impactful campaigns in a data-driven environment
Strong experience with omnipresent marketing mix and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation and excellence
Outstanding communication and project management skills
A strong commitment to women’s empowerment and professional development

The hiring range for this position is $105,000 to $125,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
