Position Summary: The Director, Allergy HCP Marketing Lead will be responsible for the execution and performance of allergists with the core focus on the AD, CSU & EoE indications. This role will be part of the Allergy Marketing team and work to deliver on the overarching vision of boosting growth with allergists through a customer-first and innovative approach. This role will work in close partnership with indication-dedicated marketers to ensure strong alignment, collaboration and executional excellence as well as with cross-functional partners and the Dupixent alliance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Tailor strategy and associated tactics to address current and future prescribing opportunity for focus indications with Allergists.
Lead and execute HCP tactics within field promotions as well as non-personal marketing
Cultivate strong relationships with customers and KOL's to understand allergists needs, challenges, and improvements
Key strategic partner with the sales teams, US medical, TLL to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration and executional excellence related to allergists.
Oversight of performance and insights related to core indications with allergists
Lead/support portfolio projects to develop and deliver on overarching vision for allergists and drive strategy for in-person and non-personal promotion
Clearly communicate and champion allergy strategy with key stakeholders internally and across the alliance.
Manage agency relationships and associated budgets
Champion simplification and make critical decisions to streamline and create efficiencies for marketing to allergists.
Embrace a culture of innovation and novel approaches to portfolio marketing with multiple indications
Prior Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (5-10 years) in strategic roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on marketing/omnichannel strategy. Prior biologics/immunology experience preferred
Demonstrated experience with US pharmaceutical marketing strategies and regulatory/compliance environment
Strategic thinking combined with demonstrated ability to execute complex tactical projects
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage market research, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making.
Able to effectively mobilize matrixed teams and inspire effective and innovative ways of working to deliver results. Experience in managing alliance partnerships.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex strategies
Change management experience, with a track record of driving successful business transformations.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
