Plant Controller Assistant Mid America Precast, Inc. is searching for an individual to assist in the daily production operations. Duties include supporting the plant controller in scheduling, purchasing, and safety, communicating with labor, maintaining production spreadsheets, material take-offs, supply management, and data entry. Requirements to include BS in construction management, project management, or equivalent, general knowledge of building and concrete construction, ability to read construction documents, blueprints, and shop tickets, capability to operate Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD, ability to solve problems and communicate effectively, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of purchasing, construction, and manufacturing safety, Benefits include 401K, paid holidays, health, dental, vision insurance, AFLAC.
