The Robert Day School of Economics and Finance (RDS) at Claremont McKenna College (CMC) invites applications for a tenure-track position within environmental, resources or energy economics. We will consider applicants for Assistant or Associate Professorship. The position will begin on July 1, 2025. The successful candidate is expected to hold a Ph.D. by the time of the appointment.
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to maintain an active, high-quality research program and the highest standards of excellence in teaching. The successful applicant will teach courses in environmental/resource economics and applied microeconomics. The teaching load is two courses per semester; i.e., four semester courses per year.

Complete applications, including letters of recommendation, will be reviewed beginning November 18. Review of complete applications will continue until the position is filled. Preliminary interviews will be conducted via Zoom.
Anticipated Annual Salary Range:
$125,000-$175,000
