Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Currently 2-3 days in office; transitioning to 4 days in office and 1 remote)
Additional Information:
* This role involves a significant number of meetings, so flexibility with work schedules and lunch breaks is required.
* A MAC computer will be provided.

Our Marketing organization is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager. In this role, you will develop, pitch, and execute paid and earned campaigns across client's growth partners, leveraging the brand, content, promotional offers, and bundles to drive subscriber growth and engagement. The ideal candidate possesses a strong creative eye, analytical mindset, and excellent relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Oversee all marketing efforts with device, wholesale, and enterprise partnerships to maximize subscriber growth and engagement. Responsible for campaigns from ideation through execution, approvals, and performance tracking.
Effectiveness Measurement:
Establish, implement, and measure the effectiveness of partner campaigns focused on subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Strategic Roadmap Development:
Create a strategic roadmap for each partner, defining top-performing metrics, identifying KPIs, and delivering plans to optimize campaigns.
Marketing Expertise:
Serve as the marketing expert for assigned partners, advocating for their inclusion in overall marketing strategies and educating campaign managers on opportunities and audiences.
Collaborative Campaign Development:
Collaborate with internal and external teams to create innovative campaigns that leverage unique audience insights and product features.
App Store Management:
Manage updates for Living Room app store across assigned partners, including creative refreshes and optimization strategies.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Partnership Marketing, Media, or a general marketing-related role.
Strong creative intuition and excellent partner management skills.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills to build consensus among stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with exemplary project management abilities.
Experience in coordinating promotional marketing assets and approvals.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve results.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Prior experience at a premium streaming content provider.
Familiarity with paid media across various digital channels and partners.
Knowledge of the connected TV (CTV) space and living room platforms distributing the app.
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
