Provide support to the Booking department by ensuring accurate data entry in LabTrac and verifying the details of dentists' prescriptions (Rx).
Help maintain department organization and flag any delayed or late cases.
Ensure all client requests, lab procedures, quality standards, and company policies are followed.
Prepare completed work for shipment, including packing and wrapping outsourced cases for delivery.
Make non-technical phone calls to dental offices to obtain missing Rx information.
Build and maintain professional relationships with key personnel to align with broader company strategies.
Accurately input doctors' prescription details, patient information, and delivery deadlines into the system to ensure timely and efficient processing.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Identify and secure all case contents in appropriate containers.
Manage new accounts by following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Handle outsourced vendor cases in accordance with SOPs.
Retrieve prior case paperwork from files as needed for reworks or case updates.
Immediately notify the supervisor of any issues or concerns that arise.
Skills and Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in computers and data entry
Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on accuracy and urgency
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred:
High attention to detail
Previous experience in client services
