Salary Range: $62,400 - $72,800
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, discovery, and related legal documents
Organize and prepare documents for discovery, production, and proceedings
Manage document preparation, including medical and discovery summaries, demands, motions, and replies
Conduct case research and investigations, including reviewing public records
Collaborate with team members and communicate with clients as necessary
Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 3-7 years in litigation (required)
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
Court Knowledge: Familiarity with local, state, and federal court rules and filing procedures
Education: Associate or bachelor's degree and ABA Paralegal Certificate
