In this Sales Manager role, you will focus on expanding and managing sales opportunities through existing distribution channels and direct customers, while also developing new channels within the assigned U.S. region.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customers and Delta's engineering team to meet specifications and application needs.
Manage accounts and deliver solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Promote products to drive revenue and meet budget targets.
Provide technical assistance on applications, specifications, and quality.
Develop and coordinate with local sales reps and channels to drive sales.
Support market analysis for new products, market opportunities, and industry developments.
Represent Delta and products at exhibitions to support brand promotion.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business; BSEE or BSME preferred, MBA a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in data center, backup power, or critical power industries.
Skills:
Strong communication and probing skills to understand customer needs and advocate solutions.
Effective presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Results-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks.
High commitment to teamwork and support for team success.
Additional Skills:
Mandarin speaking preferred.
Sales expertise in both large account management and new business development.
Willingness to travel out of state and internationally as needed.
